Job Description:
• Helps execute company policies, standards, and operating procedures in the unit to which assigned
• Assists the unit management in ensuring that all food and merchandise are prepared, priced, and served in accordance with company policies
• Makes hiring recommendation to unit manager
• Assists in the training of new hired employees
• Participates in on-going training programs
• Promotes a positive work environment for all employees and maintains an excellent working relationship
• Helps safeguard all monies and company property from theft or misuse
• Reports company violations to the unit manager
• Helps monitor food production and adjusts par levels to prevent waste
• Recommends changes to serving hours in order to meet late/changed bus schedules
Job Qualification:
• Critical thinking skills in standardized situations non-routine problems
• Experience working in a bar has an added advantage
• Required to work shift hours
• Pleasant personality and well-groomed
• Minimum O' Levels
• Experience working in theme parks, tourist attractions, kids' corner in museums / hotels, childcare centre has added advantage
