Job Responsibilities
1. SEO & Website Management

• Assist in developing and implementing SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
• Conduct keyword research related to accounting, taxation, company incorporation, corporate secretarial, and business advisory services.
• Optimise website content, landing pages, blogs, and articles for search engines.
• Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO platforms.
• Identify opportunities to improve website visibility and user experience.

2. SEM & Online Advertising

• Assist in managing Google Ads (SEM) campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Monitor advertising performance, budget utilisation, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support the preparation of digital marketing reports and recommendations for improvement.
• Conduct competitor analysis on online marketing strategies.

3. Social Media Management
Manage company social media platforms including:

• Facebook
• LinkedIn
• Instagram
• TikTok
• Xiaohongshu (小红书)

Plan and schedule social media content calendars.
Create engaging posts, captions, short videos, and marketing materials.
Support personal branding and thought leadership content for company founders and professionals.
Monitor engagement, comments, and online enquiries.

4. Content Marketing

• Create educational content related to:
• Accounting knowledge

1. Tax updates

• Company incorporation
• Business expansion
• Malaysia-Singapore cross-border opportunities
• Assist in preparing newsletters, blogs, videos, and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with professional teams to convert technical knowledge into simple and engaging content.

5. Lead Generation & Marketing Support

• Support digital campaigns to generate potential customer enquiries.
• Manage enquiries received from online platforms.
• Maintain marketing databases and customer engagement records.
• Assist in developing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

6. Digital Marketing Analytics

• Track key marketing performance indicators (KPIs):
• Website traffic
• Search ranking
• Leads generated
• Social media engagement
• Advertising performance
• Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
